Worked as Customer Care Officer with USH A MARTIN TELEKOM LTD’s Rajkot Branch from 1995 till 1996; company pioneered in providing Radio Paging Services in western India.
Prime job function involved customer service activities (almost at parity with Call Centre or BPO-ITeS jobs) with major thrust on providing customer service, addressing grievances and complaints, educating customers for various Radio Pager Models, Marketing Schemes- Rental tariffs etc., handling billing and collections activities in co-ordination with all departments.
